How it works
The Elkay Diamond Design Showroom Consultant SPIFF Program helps you earn more money. Every time you sell an Elkay sink, water dispenser or faucet from the 2026 featured product list, you can earn extra dollars. Customers get top quality, leading-edge products, and Showroom Consultants have the opportunity to earn more money.
Here is what you earn in our Quarter 2 standard program:
- Earn $75 for every qualified ezH2O Liv mechanical built-in filtered water dispenser sold.
- Earn $75 for every qualified ezH2O Liv built-in filtered water dispenser sold.
- Earn $75 for every qualified Circuit Chef sink.
- Earn $75 for every qualified Quartz Luxe 45" Workstation sink sold (launches in May 2026).
- Earn $50 for every qualified Dart Canyon sink sold.
- Earn $50 for every qualified Lustertone Iconix, Lustertone Iconix with Filtered Faucet or Lustertone Iconix with Perfect Drain sink sold.
- Earn $50 for every qualified Quartz Luxe, Quartz Luxe with Perfect Drain or Quartz Luxe Workstation sink sold.
- Earn $25 for every qualified Crosstown sink sold.
- Earn $25 for every qualified Fireclay workstation sink sold.
- Earn $20 for qualified Quartz Classic, Quartz Classic with Filtered Faucet or Quartz Classic with Perfect Drain sink sink sold.
- Earn $20 for every qualified 2-in-1 Avado Filtered Kitchen faucet sold.
- Earn $20 for every qualified Avado Filtered Beverage faucet sold.
- Earn $15 for every qualified Universal Filtration Kit sold.
- Earn $10 for qualified standard faucet sold (excluding Everyday faucets).
Program Qualifications
- Program Dates: January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026.
- Customer purchase date must reflect program dates in order to receive full credit.
- You must be registered in the Elkay Diamond Design Showroom Consultant Program to qualify for cash rewards.
- Authorized SPIFF sales must be the result of direct in-showroom activity between the dedicated showroom consultant and the consumer, designer or builder.
- The consultant is required to have an active role in the purchase process for each claimed sale.
- This program does not apply to any developer, multi-unit project or internet sale.
- Any fraudulent or inaccurate claims will result in the cancellation of the program for the entire showroom.
- Orders from builders may be included, but cannot exceed the quantity of 10 each of a spiffed product.
- Elkay reserves the right to change or cancel the program at anytime without notice.
Claim Procedures
- Please fill out the Claim Form.
- Attach copies of sales invoices. Each sales invoice must include the following:
- Invoice number
- Customer ship date
- Customer name, address and phone number
- Product sold by model and price
Claims Due
- First Quarter (January 1, 2026 through March 31, 2026) claims due by April 30, 2026
- Second Quarter (April 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026) claims due by July 31, 2026
Checks will be issued within two weeks of claim receipt.
