Q How can I change my information?
A Go to www.elkaydd.com, click on login, enter your login information, once you are into your participant information, use the 'Please click here to update your Name, Address and other information' link to change your personal information.
Q I changed showrooms, do I have to get a new participant number?
A No, go to www.elkaydd.com, click on login, enter your login information, once you are into your participant information, use the 'Please click here to update your Name, Address and other information' link to change your showroom information.
Q Where can I get a copy of a W9 form?
A Go to www.elkaydd.com, click on spiff details and there is a pdf of the W9 form under forms.
Q How often can we send in claims?
A As often as you would like.
Q Where can we send claim forms and invoices?
A You can either fax: 866-500-2532, mail: 553 N North Ct Ste 110 Palatine IL 60067, or e-mail admin@elkaydd.com.

Q What needs to be submitted with the claim form?
A You need to complete the claim form, send the completed claim form and invoices listed on the claim form.
Q I cannot login, how do I create this information?
A This information is created when you enroll, you should have received an e-mail with your participant # and login information. If you do not have this, please contact MarketNet Associates by e-mailing: admin@elkaydd.com, faxing 866-500-2532 or calling 866-600-2532.
Q Why was my check sent to a different address/ I moved showrooms?
A Unless you go in and change your information, or notify MarketNet the address will remain the same. If your check is sent to a wrong address please go to www.elkaydd.com and check the address on file, and correct if it is wrong.
Q How often are checks issued?
A It should take no longer than 2 weeks once your claim is received for your check to be issued.
Q Why do I need to provide my Social Security number?
A These are required to have on file in the case where you are paid over $600 and we would need to issue a 1099.
Q How can I see if my claims are paid?
A Go to www.elkaydd.com, login and you will be able to look up your pay history.
Q For reps, How can I see who is participating in my territory?
A Go to www.elkaydd.com, login and you will have access to anyone in your territory.
Q For reps, How can a rep update the people in their territory?
A The rep can either have the consultant do this, or send a list to MarketNet and they will update the information for them.
